Danail Kapchin

Danail Nikolov Kapchin (24) is a Bulgarian designer and “researcher” who holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from New Bulgarian University. His work exists at the intersection of fashion, philosophy, and sociology. In his creative practice, he explores the relationship between form and energy, natural laws, and the balance between aesthetics and function.

He views clothing not only as a wearable object, but as an artistic form – somewhere between painting, sculpture, and architectural structure. The main motifs in his design include geometric deconstruction, layered silhouettes, achromatic aesthetics, and constructive fragmentation.
